Hi! I’m Courtney, and I’m so happy you found me!

When I was pregnant with my first baby, I was terrified, sick and exhausted. Although I had friends and family wanting to support me, I didn’t know HOW to ask them to help. That feeling continued throughout the postpartum period, leading to a pretty gnarly burnout. While struggling with Postpartum Anxiety and Rage (yes, it’s a thing), I found yoga. I am NOT here to tell you that this was or is a silver bullet, and will fix all that ails you. However, I WILL tell you that it helped me. When you feel ready, I’d love to help you Love Mom.
